Community Standards
Trust cannot be added after a network gets large. These are the standards every BLACKOMMERCE member agrees to on day one — and the verification that backs them up.
The three verifications
A gold check on BLACKOMMERCE means a person reviewed real evidence. It is never sold and never automatic.
Verified Business
The business exists, trades, and belongs to the member who claims it. We check registration or tax ID, ownership evidence, and a working business contact that answers.
Verified Organization
A church, nonprofit, chamber, association, or civic body acting for a community. We check formation documents and confirm the person applying is authorized to represent it.
The rules
No restricted products or services
Weapons, illegal drugs, adult services, gambling, counterfeit goods, financial schemes, and prescription drugs may not be listed, offered, or sought anywhere on the platform — marketplace, needs & wants, or opportunity posts. Listings are screened automatically and repeat violations end membership.
Be who you say you are
No impersonation, no fake business pages, no borrowed credentials. Identity fraud is a permanent removal, not a warning.
Deal honestly
Deliver what you sell, price it clearly, and honour what you promise. Taking money and disappearing ends membership and forfeits any standing in the program.
No money schemes
No investment offers, lending, crypto, cash-multiplying, or pay-to-recruit pitches. BLACKOMMERCE is commerce between real people and real businesses.
Respect people
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting anyone's family, safety, or livelihood. Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not.
Reach is earned, not bought
Nobody pays to outrank anyone. What you post is visible to your network on the same terms as everyone else.
Protect the circle
Report fraud when you see it. Every member can report content and block anyone, at any time, without explanation.

The following may not be listed, offered, or sought anywhere on BLACKOMMERCE. Posting in a restricted category is blocked automatically and can be reported for review.

Step one
Use the ••• menu on any post, profile, or business page and choose the fraud category that fits. Add dates, amounts, and what was promised.
Step two
Fraud and impersonation reports go to the top of the trust queue. Verification can be suspended while a case is open.
Step three
You can block the member immediately — blocking is instant and does not wait on our review.
